At Elevate Leadership, we are dedicated to protecting privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of personal data. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and the ethical standards set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Our Privacy & Confidentiality Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information to ensure transparency and trust.
We collect personal information such as names, contact details, and payment information to provide leadership coaching, development and HR services. With consent, we may also use information for feedback surveys and event invitations.
We may also use your information to send you promotional emails about new services, events, or offers that may interest you
Personal information is used exclusively to provide services, communicate, and improve our offerings. We will not share personal information with third parties without explicit consent, unless required by law.
In some cases, we may disclose personal information to third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors) to help us deliver our services. These third parties are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
We are committed to upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, as outlined in the ICF Code of Ethics.
Our confidentiality practices are designed to protect information shared by clients and we maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information (verbal and documented) shared throughout our services.
Information will not be disclosed without explicit consent, except where required by law or if there is a risk of harm.
There are certain situations where confidentiality may not apply, including if there is a risk of harm, disclosure is required by law, or where information is already publicly available.
The Coach-Client relationship is not legally confidential in the same manner as relationships in the medical or legal professions (legal privilege does not apply). However, the absence of legal privilege does not diminish or restrict the coach’s duty of confidentiality as outlined in the ICF Code of Ethics.
We take all reasonable steps to secure personal data and protect it from unauthorised access. We use encryption, secure storage, and other industry-standard practices to ensure information is safe.
Clients have the right to access the personal information we hold about them and request corrections, deletions or updates. Please email us to make any requests.
