Throughout her career, Linda has been dedicated to empowering leaders, teams, and organisations to achieve their goals, sustain positive change and reach their full potential. 

Linda has worked across a wide range of industries, including retail, hospitality, employment services, and FMCG, in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Her expertise spans complex environments, allowing her to bring a diverse and adaptable approach to every project.

Passionate about the value her work brings, Linda prides herself on her curiosity, collaboration, and integrity. She excels in communication and stakeholder engagement, using positive influencing techniques to quickly build rapport and establish strong, collaborative relationships. Linda applies practical, relevant, and effective learning solutions to drive positive leadership change and growth.

In 2023, Linda completed a Graduate Certificate in Applied Coaching (ACAP), where she was honoured as Dux of the class. This qualification has positioned her to pursue professional accreditation with the International Coaching Federation at a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) level, further enhancing her expertise in both the practical and theoretical aspects of executive and leadership coaching.
